Villa La Princesa is a bright, finely furnished villa in a superb location, with majestic views overlooking the valley of Santa Eulalia. This villa offers peace and tranquility in a great location.
Outside, the villa has both a Main pool and Children's pool, and complete and easy access to the property, with ramps etc and all being on the one level, it is wheelchair friendly.
The green bathroom is suitable for wheelchair users as has support handbars to get into the bath and shower, low level sink,and the whole house has ramps and easy access to all rooms are large.
NOTE- this property is separated from another property we rent, same owners, on our website as La Duquesa for 8 people. It is separated by a private fenced pathway from the pool areas, so making this ideal for large groups / families who like to get together but have their own privacy / independence

Rental and Availability
The rental period is variable, Check in 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. A €1,000 inventory and breakage deposit is required, to protect against possible damage to the property this can be pre-authorised from your credit card on arrival. Linen provided Maid service once a week. Out of season rentals available, prices on request.
