ThIS is a privately owned 9 hectar estate, with 1000 olive trees, nestled on gently sloping hills and private woodlands, 150 metres above sea level, giving stunning sea views to Formentera island, and the historic citadel town of Ibiza; D'alt Vila.
The property has 4 well separated living quarters, each in its own grounds of 20,000 m2 and each having its own unique style and all offering privacy.

Principal Villa. Sleeps 12
This truly opulent luxury villa decorated to a high standard of understated elegance. There are 6 bedrooms; four have king-sized beds, one has a double bed and one has twin beds. The principal bedroom is a penthouse suite with sitting room, large en-suite and roof terrace. There are 6 sumptuous bathrooms. The breathtaking swimming pool boasts views over to the island of Formantera, basking in the blue Mediterranean Sea. There is a chill out area beside the pool complete with bar, a flat screen TV and fire.
Other features inside an outdoor dining room/breakfast room as well as a cavern style one indoors, a wine cellar, utility area, stone tiled floors and much more.
2nd house sleeps 4.-Huge baronial hall style lounge with wood-beamed ceiling and stone floor, beautiful rugs, antique furniture, modern and antique paintings. Seating for at least 15 people around different tables.
2 sets of huge wooden doors give access to the immaculately kept gardens and lawns.
-Stone staircase leads up from lounge to mezzanine floor apartment ( sleeps 2) right up in the eaves, which comprises a King-size bed, reclining chairs, large dressing area, ornate bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet. Stone floor throughout bathroom area, oak flooring in bedroom and dressing area.
-Ground floor studio style has large double bed/sofa, access to gardens through French windows and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
-There is a delightful annexe, connected by large covered terrace with seating for 4 to 5 people, comprising of an oak-floored dining area (seating for 4), breakfast bar (seating for 3) and fully equipped kitchen with sliding doors out to covered dining terrace with seating for up to 8.
-20 metre long, ozone-cleaned, solar-heated pool for all year round use. Shade provided by trees and huge lawn for sunbathing.
-Large match-roofed pool terrace with table for 6, and 2 sofas off the complete Portuguese outdoor marble kitchen with BBQ, fully stocked bar, toilet and shower.
3rd house sleeps 6.
Spacious, airy and light, luxury pine-log cabin with sloping tiled roof, set in pinewoods on hillside above main house, surrounded by flowering shrubs.
Filled with natural light as it has full glass frontage and there are plenty of (sliding) windows throughout.
The cabin comprises:
-Comfortable lounge-diner with two X 4 seater sofas, antique Italian wood-fired stove, ceiling fan.
-Well equipped kitchen separated from lounge by breakfast bar with seating for 3.
-2 twin-bedded rooms and 1 King size bedded room, each with en-suite bathroom with power shower, good and ample storage space and door access to private woodland and pool area.
-Lounge with two X 3 seater sofas. Windows all around and 2 sets of sliding doors out to (totally private and enclosed) woods and pool/picnic area.
-Small seating area with table for 4 in hallway just off lounge.
-Gymnasium close by in a small wooden cabin, with 4 exercise machines, massage bed, toilet and shower.
-12 metre tear-shaped pool.
-Picnic area with table and benches.

4th house sleeps 2.
Stone-built, air conditioned cottage with stone-tiled floor, situated on land between ALMAZARA and EL BOSQUE. Perfect for honeymooners.
-Well equipped kitchen-diner with cream-coloured wood fittings, large Portuguese marble work top, and a table for 4. Lots of windows, so plenty of light.
-Bedroom with King sized bed, simple en-suite bathroom with power shower and separate toilet. Access to kitchen through sliding door.
-Spacious lounge with satellite TV. 2 sets of French windows give access to garden.
-"Chill out" area with large mattress and table and bench under fig tree at side of house.

The whole property has telephone and fax access, intercom., Wifi Internet, Satellite TV and radio stations from all over the world with the most advanced technology system in place!
Cleaning (4 hours daily) and change of towels provided daily, bedding weekly, any extra can be arranged if required at an extra charge.
Pools and pool terraces / shower areas cleaned three times per week or daily if required.

Extra services such as private hire chauffeur, driving and shopping services,boat or yacht hire, horse riding, guided walks and bicycle tours, special catering with chef on site, beauty treatments, water-gym,hairdressing and massages can be arranged to your convenience at this property.
