(less than 10 minutes)!
Housekeepers live on well separated / fenced-off adjacent land. They are available as cook and waiter/ cleaner/ babysitter at an extra cost if and when required, but you will not know they are there if you don't!
Prices shown are for up to 12 people. Up to an extra 4 can be accommodated in the main house in a large room at pool level, for a supplement of 280 euros per person per week (any dates) - must be reserved before travel for beds and bedding to be arranged.
This is a great property for large families and groups as there are also three apartments ( two for two, and one for 6!)belonging to this property on the same land, which can be rented out additionally for you ( not booked to other parties when you are there but closed up, and may be added onto your booking up to one week before travel, so ideal if your group grows!) so sleeping a total of up to 22 people. On the coast near to Niu Blau bay, next to a famous spot for watersports and beach cafes.
On the outskirts of Santa Eulalia village, with its renowned selection of wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants, from the village centre to the Marina, a favourite cosmopolitan and charming air wherever you choose to stop.
10 minute walk into the village from the villa
5 minute local bus or open-air train ride away from the family resorts of Es Cana and Sargamassa, and also a short 10 minute drive away to the artesan village and weekly hippy markets of San Carlos or Es Cana, and its many surrounding bays too.
