This apartment has its own separate entrance ,both into the apartment and from the perimeter of the gated property , and garden with seating area .
PLEASE NOTE - only 2 week minimum bookings accepted in July and August September. The owners of the apartment live below the apartment in the main house of the villa.
Location Description
Perfectly situated within walking distance ( 5-10 minutes) of the cosmopolitan town and beaches of Santa Eulalia, with its splendid promenade, shops, renowned restaurant street and upmarket Marina. The villa and this self-contained apartment is set amongst a number of beautiful villages, giving you the chance to experience the Islands unique culture. It is conveniently set just off the main route to Ibiza Town. Having neighbors close by this villa is not suitable for those who make a lot a noise after 10pm.

NOTE - the whole pool area is cordoned off with a picket - type fence with latched entrance but the children are still able to access the lawn play-area so this makes it ideal for families with young children.
Pool to share with owners. The laundry room with tumble dryer is in the garden and shared with the owners.
