It consists of the Main House, the Maisonette, the Studio and the Bungalow ; all on
the same land, near to each other but all being self - contained, this offers complete privacy for all of your party , but great spaces to get together when you like!
The property is totally private and tranquil, nestling next to woodland, with its own private orchards and a wide selection of trees and lush vegetation, plants and flowers to complement the scene!
Ideally located near to the middle of the island, between San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis, both only minutes drive away. San Rafael has a few small shops and some well-known Ibiza restaurants, like El Elefante and El Ayoun, and Santa Gertrudis is a typical inland sleepy village with laid-back pavement cafes and curios/craft shops.
In an area so tranquil, yet only a 15 minute drive to Ibiza town via good connecting roads, so an ideal base from which to explore the many facets of Ibiza!
