La Casona is a very large property set in spacious enclosed gardens, featuring covered terraces, swimming pool, a small tennis court and private parking. The villa is well furnished and air-conditioned with nearly as many bathrooms as there are bedrooms, all the rooms are very well sized and south facing with views towards the pool and garden.

La Casona is quietly located on the islands south coast. The villa has a beautiful view, looking towards the sea. There is easy access to the main road to Ibiza Town and San Jose. For an enjoyable evening out the villa is a 10 minute drive to Ibiza Town, teeming with life and vibrant bars and restaurants. During the day you can relax at Las Salinas or Cala Jondal beach, only a 5 minute drive away.

Ground Floor:
Grand marble entrance hall leading to the spacious lounge and dining area.
Lounge area with seating for 12 people Hi Fi System and Spanish TV, double aspect views over the garden and very spacious.
Dining area seating 12 people.
Fully Equipped kitchen with Dishwasher and separate utility room.
Patio doors open out onto the terrace with garden furniture and view overlooking the garden pool and Paddle Tennis Court.

First Floor:
Large landing, two double en-suite bedrooms with lounging areas. Views to the sea from two of them one of these bedrooms have doors to a private patio.
There is a further twin bedroom with separate area for relaxing.

Second Floor:
Private suite with king sized bed, doors opening onto the private patio with a view to the sea. Ensuite bathroom with large round bath, separate dressing room and lounging area.

Lower Ground Floor Flat:
With access via the marble stair case or from the patio doors from the garden. This has a lounge with twin beds kitchen area and shower room.
Garden has plenty of sun-loungers and a nice sized pool for this size villa.

16.00 hrs on the day of arrival, until 10:00 on day of departure. This is necessary to allow for the cleaning of such a large property. A €1,000 inventory and breakage deposit is required, to protect against possible damage to the property this can be pre-authorized from your credit card on arrival.
All linen and towels are provided Maid Service once a week. Out of season rentals available, prices on request.
