Rental Terms & Conditions

Unless expressly stated in writing the terms and conditions printed herein shall apply to every contract made by the company. The customer by making a deposit payment is deemed to have confirmed the contract and to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Before making a booking, you must contact us to obtain confirmation that your chosen property is available for the dates required. To reserve any villa or apartment you must send us a deposit of 50% of the rental cost unless a lesser percentage has been agreed.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons less than 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without any given reason.

The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you book your holiday less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the full holiday charge is payable at the time of booking.

Some properties may have different arrangements for payment of the balance, which will be explained at the time of booking.

Receipt and banking of any deposit shall not constitute acceptance of any booking: a binding contract exists when we issue a confirmation invoice.

The prices given are in Euros and the rental period is weekly. Many Property Owners will only accept bookings for a minimum of two weeks.

A 1000€ CASH ( for some properties a different arrangements might operate which will be explained before your arrival) inventory and breakage deposit is required to protect against possible damage to the property or breach of these rental terms. Money will be taken on arrival and returned on departure providing that the house is left in good condition and rental terms have not been broken.

Cots are charged at 50€ each per week and high chairs at 25€ each week.

Properties are let fully furnished and equipped. The price for all properties includes gas, electric, water, linen and bath towels.

In the unlikely event that it is necessary to make an alteration to or cancel the holiday accommodation specified, we will inform you as soon as possible and, if requested, we will try to arrange alternative holiday accommodation of a similar type and standard and in a similar location as that originally requested.  If the alternative holiday accommodation is not acceptable, we will refund in full all monies paid and shall be under no other liability.

If a cancellation is made on behalf of the customer, a refund will only be given if an alternative booking can be made for the said dates, less a £300 administration fee.  If we are unable to successfully re-book the property the deposit will be withheld.

Note: we would try our utmost to re-book the property for you.

The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the brochure. In the event that the maximum number is exceeded without prior agreement, the Property Owner reserves the right to refuse or revoke the booking at their sole discretion.

The Property Owner or his/her representative shall be allowed access to the holiday accommodation at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy for the purposes of inspection and maintenance.

The customer warrants they shall provide their own Holiday Insurance.  Neither the property owner nor representative will be held responsible to loss or damage of personal belongings or personal injury.

If your arrival is after 20.00 hrs we cannot guarantee that a representative will meet you at the villa, in which case collection of keys will be organised and you will be informed before your arrival. If you aren't able to meet the representative at the prearranged time, we cannot guaranteed that you will be met and collection of keys will be organised for you.
