Rental Terms & Conditions
Unless expressly stated in writing the terms and conditions herein shall apply to every contract made by the company.
Before we confirm a booking, you must contact us to obtain confirmation that your chosen property is available for the requested dates and in order to reserve any villa or apartment we must receive a deposit payment of 50% of the rental cost unless a lesser percentage has been agreed. The customer by making a deposit payment is deemed to have confirmed the contract and to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Bookings cannot be accepted from any person less than 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without any given reason.
The balance payment must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the booking of your holiday is less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking in order to guarantee the reservation.
Some properties may have different arrangements for payment of the balance, which will be explained at the time of booking.
A banking receipt of any deposit shall not constitute acceptance of any booking: a binding contract exists when we issue a confirmation invoice.
The prices stated are in Euros and the minimum rental period is one week. Many Property Owners will only accept bookings for a minimum of two weeks and in low season, bookings periods for under a week may be accepted. However this cannot be guaranteed.
** Please Note, that within a week of travel, a pre-authorized security deposit will be charged automatically to your debit/credit card. We already have these details on record. If you prefer us to use a different card, please make sure to inform us in time. The security deposit is required to protect against possible damage caused at the property or the breach of the rental terms.
After your departure a staff member of Villas in Ibiza along with the owner of the property will check the property for any damages or breakages. The pre-authorized deposit will be then cancelled; subject to the being no problems or damages to the property or its surroundings and the rental terms have not been breached. The customer is responsible for all damages caused to the property by themselves or their guests.
Properties are let fully furnished and equipped. The price for all properties includes gas, electric, water, linen and bath towels. However, cots and high chairs will be charged at an extra cost, cots at 50 EUR each per stay and high chairs at 25 EUR each per stay.
In the unlikely event that it is necessary to make an alteration or cancel to the holiday accommodation specified, we will inform you as soon as possible and if requested, we will try to arrange alternative holiday accommodation of a similar type and standard and in a similar location as that original one requested. If the alternative holiday accommodation is not acceptable, we will refund you all monies paid, except the £300 administration fee and shall be under no other liability.
If a cancellation is made on behalf of the customer, a refund will only be given if an alternative booking can be arranged for the dates booked, and a £300 administration fee will be charged. If we are unable to successfully re-book the property the deposit will be withheld.
Note: we would try our utmost to re-book the property for you.
The number of people staying at the Villa must not exceed the number of sleeping capacity indicated on our website or the brochure. In the event that the maximum number is exceeded without prior agreement, the Property Owner reserves the right to refuse or revoke the booking at their sole discretion.
The Property Owner or his/her representative shall be allowed access to the holiday accommodation at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy for the purposes of inspection and maintenance.
If during your stay there is an incident in the supply of a third party providers due to a fault in the area, such as Electricity, Water Supply, Telephone, internet, etc. and it is affecting directly or indirectly your stay at one of our Villas. Neither Villas in Ibiza or the owners will be held accountable for the inconvenience caused nor will any refund be made.
The customer warrants they shall provide their own Holiday Insurance. Neither the property owner nor representative will be held responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings or injury.
If your arrival is after 20.00 hrs. we cannot guarantee that a representative will meet you at the villa, in which case collection of keys will be organized and you will be informed before your arrival. If you aren't able to meet the representative at the prearranged time, we cannot guarantee that you will be met but collection of keys will be arranged for you.
