Perfect location, with easy access to the whole of the Island, being almost in the middle, and yet just 10 mins drive to Ibiza Town.
The villa feels secluded from the outside world yet it is only 5 mins drive to the beautiful village of Santa Gertrudis.
Santa Gertrudis is well worth visiting day or night. It is a favourite meeting place and a perfect place to sample some of the island's culture and charm. The village attracts people from all quarters of the globe, and boasts some great local bars and craft shops, frequently recommended in guide books.
Grill restaurants, tapas bars and long cool drinks are the order of the day or night here, especially in the cafes of the pedestrianised square in front of the picturesque church, where you can people watch or mingle to your hearts content.
Also, of course no destination is too far from this location- you can reach almost anywhere on the island within 30 minutes!

The whole property has Wifi and a Hifi (with i-pod connection) which can be programmed to outdoor speakers.
All bedrooms have their own safety deposit box.
There are many relaxation areas and chill-out zones.

The rental period is variable, 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day. This is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.
Linen provided Maid service once a week.
