A master suite with a king size bed, bathroom with tub and shower, sea views and direct access to the pool. The other bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom.
The ground floor consists of 2 connecting rooms with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One of the living rooms have access to a large terrace with dining furniture for 6, surrounded by Mediterranean garden with outdoor shower, while the other living room has access to a porch overlooking the pool and barbecue area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other three bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. There is an open central kitchen with a dining room, a smaller living room with a fireplace and access to a cozy sunny terrace overlooking the sea and Formentera.
The pool area features a beautiful garden and spectacular panoramic views of the sea and Formentera, several chillouts with shaded areas, outdoor dining for over 25 guests, a large pool of 10 x 5 meters with saline chlorination system (does not use chlorine -beneficial for eyes, skin and hair) and jacuzzi for 8 people.
The villa counts with 2 full-time service personnel, who reside in a separate section from the rest. They perform daily housekeeping, maintenance and security; are trusted and well qualified, speak fluent Spanish and English.
