The property is well equipped and furnished , both inside and outside, and enjoys much garden space and pool, and is located within walking distance of the sleepy picture-postcard village of San Juan, with its sprinkling of bars, restaurants and well-equipped supermarket.
The owners ( an elderly Ibicenco couple) live nearby on the same land, but totally respect your privacy and enjoyment, and are only on hand for should you need anything by request.
The price shown is for the casita for 4 people, a separate studio is available for 2 - 3 extra people if required, at a supplement (see facilities description ).
