Their latest in Cardio Vascular gym equipment benefits from touch screen monitors, built in Satellite TV, and built in air conditioning. The equipment has excelled its good reputation for smooth and effective use, continuing to offer its users a high energy, calorie burning, low impact work out!
New to the Island, the equipment made its first appearance in March 2007 in Magdalena’s Fitness and Spa and is proving a great success. With 2 tread mills, 2 cross trainers, 2 bikes, 1 recline bike and the latest addition to the Cardio family, the wave, the new machinery came accompanied by a range of free weights, and core stability balls to compliment the existing equipment.
