Rental and Availability
The rental period is flexible, 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.
Linen provided Maid service once a week.
A 1000€ CASH inventory and breakage deposit is required to protect against possible damage to the property or breach of these rental terms. Money will be taken on arrival and returned on departure providing that the house is left in good condition and rental terms have not been broken.
