Inside both houses, all rooms boast beamed ceilings, and a relaxed blend of both antique and natural wood furniture within old Ibicenco thick walls, which ensure an airy coolness in the summer. There is now a multi games area for football /volley /basket and possibly Tennis.
The pool is cleaned using an ecological Oxygen cleaning system , not with the normal chemicals

Rental and Availability
The rental period is Sat to Sat. Check in 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Linen provided Maid service once a week.
A 1000€ CASH inventory and breakage deposit is required to protect against possible damage to the property or breach of these rental terms. Money will be taken on arrival and returned on departure providing that the house is left in good condition and rental terms have not been broken.
