This stunning Property has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Each room has a unique character of its own. There are six bedrooms and plenty of space for large groups. In addition to the lounge and dining areas there is a circular television room, which is perfect for kids or simply relaxing after a day in the sun.
MOROCCAN COTTAGE
These original stables have been carefully and tastefully restored in the typical Ibithican Moorish tradition. The cottage now consists of 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and stunning bedrooms with views overlooking the sea and mountains. The warm, rich opulent colours of the Moroccan interior provide an exclusive retreat away from the main villa and pool area.
GARDENS AND ORCHARDS
The Villa is set in an acre of rustic farmland which has been beautifully landscaped. There are a number of charming garden settings to relax and enjoy the surroundings in the shade. You can read a book in peace and quiet away from the main crowd or simply take some time to chill out away from the main pool and terrace areas. The orchards have a mixture of fruit trees which you are welcome to pick from and enjoy the fruit which grows abundantly in Ibiza.
POOL AND TERRACE AREAS
Landscaped in traditional Spanish style, the pool and terrace areas of Can Verru can only be described as stunning. The pool area has two pools; a main pool and a kiddies pool. Its timber deck terrace is abundant with pool loungers and seating and there are 2 large hammocks for a lazy afternoon in the sun. The entire area is landscaped with greenery breaking the heat of the sun and providing intermittent shade.
BARBEQUE AREA
The barbeque area is an ideal way to enjoy the benefits of cooking outdoors. Can Verru's uniquely designed barbeque has delightful views of the villa and surrounding areas with an outdoor grill and chimney to draw the smoke away from the eating area. For convenience the terrace also has a fridge, cooker, sink and a large worktop as well as a good size eating area. You can enjoy the pleasure of a meal outside without even having to visit the house.
Location Description
Can Verru is set in an acre of rustic farmland near to the desirable area of San Agustin. About 10 minutes drive to San Antonio and 20 minutes drive to Ibiza Town where some of the best restaurants, bars and shops are found. Two of the island's most beautiful beaches, Cala Bassa and Cala Conte are both within 5 - 10 minutes drive.
Facilities
A great feature of the villa is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. This means that you never have to leave the poolside for a cold drink or to miss the sunset while cooking! Both houses are air conditioned. The fitness terrace consists of simple c.v equipment and some free weights. The terraces all have lockable grill doors to ensure childrens safety. Full central heating for out of season lets.

Rental and Availability
The rental period is variable, 16.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. A €1,500 inventory and breakage deposit is required, to protect against possible damage to the property this can be pre-authorised from your credit card on arrival.
Linen provided Maid service once a week.
