This villa is set in a desirable position, overlooking the pine-clad mountains to the sea in Las Salinas. The Villa is bright and spacious sleeping 14 people comfortably.
It should be noted that the lounge and Kitchen are large enough to accommodate all 14 guests, and there is a great outdoor shaded terrace next to the pool area and the BBQ where everyone can sit together to eat "al fresco".

Ideally located in the hills just a 5 minute drive from Ibiza Town and the beaches of Las Salinas and Playa Den Bossa. The villa is peacefully set amongst pine trees and stunning views towards the sea, but enjoys the benefit of being near to shops and Ibiza town one way, and the laid back village of San Jose in the other direction, again only about 5 minutes drive away.

Set on 3 floors
Top floor has 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom each opening up onto a splendid patio with panoramic views, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Ground floor has 2 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, large kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and a very large lounge with double-aspect windows.
Lower ground floor has 2 double bedrooms and a shower room.The lounge has the possibility of having 2 single beds at extra cost.
The main lounge has splendid views to the mountains, it is L shaped bright and spacious. Separate dining area, Satellite T/V and Hi-Fi System.
Fully fitted Kitchen, very spacious, with dishwasher and all usual amenities and views. Separate Laundry room with washing machine.

The rental period is Sat to Sat, 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.
Linen is provided and there is maid service once a week.
A 1000€ CASH inventory and breakage deposit is required to protect against possible damage to the property or breach of these rental terms. Money will be taken on arrival and returned on departure providing that the house is left in good condition and rental terms have not been broken.
