On arriving at this top Ibiza villa, you are instantly greeted by a tasteful entrance hall lit with skylights, and a water fountain. The villa is bright and spacious, with exquisite country and sea views to be enjoyed from many of the rooms and private balconies.
Outside, the villa has a large enclosed lawn and gardens with plenty of space for children to run around and play, or families and friends to enjoy some relaxation in colourful, peaceful surroundings, with mesmorising views.
There is a large swimming pool with 8 wooden sun-loungers, and a lovely eating area with it's own BBQ. Come the evening, both the pool and gardens are gently illuminated by soft lights, creating an intimate ambiance for dining "Al fresco" you may not want to leave!

The villa is peacefully set in the Spanish countryside with beautiful sea views. 20 minutes walk through the Ibicenco country side will place you in Cala Bassa beach. Some of the Island's most spectacular bays are located near this Ibiza Villa, such as, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida. For shopping and night life, San Antonio is 10 min. away, whilst a 25 minute drive places you in the heart of Ibiza Town.

However this apartment is locked if not booked but can be added onto your booking up to 1 week before travel, so ideal if your group grows! This is priced as an optional extra on a proportionate basis from the weekly rate paid.

The villa is available from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival until 10:00 on day of departure. This is necessary to allow for the cleaning of such a large property.
All linen and towels are provided in the property but we do recommend you bring your own pool/ beach towels unless it states at this property they are also provided.
Cleaning is included for your arrival and your departure; extra can be arranged at a supplement.
