This Luxury Ibiza villa is set in the private golfing urbanisation of Roca Llisa (complete with tennis courts) overlooking the sea, and has a private walkway to the small sandy cove of Cala Olivera. This Golf Course is located on the East of the Island, surrounded by spectacular countryside and magnificent sea views, giving ample opportunity for the occasional round of golf and complete relaxation. The urbanisation also has 24'hr security. Jesús, a traditional Spanish town, is a ten minutes drive away, as is Ibiza Town, perfect for shopping, sight seeing, clubbing, and exploring Ibiza's top bars and trendy restaurants.

Pool towels are provided and changed daily.

EXTRAS
Two cleaning ladies visit the house three times a week. This or other arrangements can be tailored to your requirements or extra hours organised too at an extra cost.
Towels and bedding/linen changed twice per week, more often on request.
A personal shopper can be arranged for food and drink provisions,both ready on arrival and during your stay, as can a chef, caterer and other staff according to your plans and needs.

The rental period is variable, Check in 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Linen provided Maid service once a week. Out of season rentals available, prices on request.
A bankers guarantee for the security deposit.
